KIMMY SOUTHALL

Health & Fitness Coach

Kimmy has a long standing background in health and Fitness, having achieved a diploma in sport and exercise science and then continued to play sport at a high level. Kimmy has achieved her personal training level 3 diploma with Origym and has a wealth of personal experience in rehabilitation, pre and post-natal exercise. 

Kimmy has a friendly and approachable attitude and will do her upmost to offer you help and support. Her ethos is to help educate her clientele so they can understand the best way to help themselves achieve a healthy lifestyle. 

Kimmy offers both 1:1 coaching and online coaching, and can tailor progressive workout plans to suit your requirements. Most importantly Kimmy will support you on your health and fitness journey and establish an excellent relationship with both clients and the gyms members. 

Claire Wilson

Studio & Events Manager

Claire joins the team with a wealth of experience gained over 25 years in the fitness industry. Originally hailing from Essex, Claire began her career as a personal trainer before evolving into management. Her last role, before moving to the Midlands, was as Fitness First’s Regional Group Fitness Manager for the London City East region.

Claire is in charge of our class timetable and programming the right classes at the right time to ensure that the needs of our members are consistently met. She is currently auditioning for instructors and will lead our Les Mills programmes – Body Pump, Body Combat; and Body Balance

Chris Southall

Club Manager

Chris orchestrated the design and construction of K5 Health & Fitness. Chris’s role as General Manager will be to create an environment where our members needs are closely considered and expectations are met by integrating a team of perfectionists within their field of Health & Fitness.

We are looking to bring a high class service back to the local area, with the very highest standards set in every area of our facility.
